Gerard Louison works full-time as a mortgage loan wholesale broker, which allows him to provide a customized solution for each client. He works with some of the largest investors in the mortgage business like United Wholesale Mortgage, HomePoint Financial, Nations Direct, and PennyMac. Gerard is a former business banker with Wells Fargo Bank and KeyBank, where he worked with $20MM commercial credit deals. He also helped the key individuals of those companies with their mortgage and other credit needs. Now a mortgage broker, Gerard loves solving financial concerns for his clients.
Gerard is a proud Penn State grad that loves to support all varsity teams from the university. As a head soccer coach, he has won over 20 tournaments, in his coaching career having twice coached National Champion adult teams, while also finishing 2nd twice at USASA Nationals. His involvement in soccer as a coach, administrator, and a referee shows his breadth and depth of knowledge about the game. He is a life-long supporter of Manchester United F.C.
Gerard was born in Nassau, Bahamas and has lived in Brooklyn, NY from the age of 10. Since the age of 27, he has lived in the Denver area. Gerard is the husband to Toya and father of three: Iriselle (7), Idris (11), and Miles (22). He is one of six children born to Caribbean parents from Grenada and Aruba.
